The noncustodial parent must file the same PFS Form as the custodial parent. The same deadlines and form requirements apply. It is not possible for the Tuition Assistance Committee to become involved in any financial stipulations that may arise out of separation or divorce agreements. The combined family income remains the basis for determining family need.
