Movement

Students learn to express themselves through movement. In eurythmy classes students learn how to bring music and poetry into physical expression, thereby gaining a better understanding of these arts.

Sports

The Physical Education Program in the High School provides effective, challenging, and enjoyable activities to improve students' level of physical fitness. Classes are held at the 92nd Street Y on Thrusday afternoons. The year is divided into trimesters and the students body is divided into three parts, each section spanning the four grades. The groups study, in rotation: Aerobic Fitness, Yoga, and Tai Chi.

The after-school Varsity Sports Program includes Boys Soccer, Girls Volleyball and Boys Basketball, Girls and Boys Track and Field, Basesball and Softball.
