At Rudolf Steiner School, like most independent schools, tuition does not cover the full cost of educating our students. Every year, about 8% of our operating budget is underwritten by contributions from generous parents, alumni, faculty, staff, grandparents and friends. This is a significant aspect of our income revenue which we depend on to meet our annual budget.
The Annual Fund provides across-the-board support for the school’s needs such as:
- Tuition assistance for students
- Classroom supplies, transportation, trips
- Funds for faculty development and salaries
- Start-up money for new programs
- Much needed support for maintenance of our two landmark buildings
Our school benefits from the high rate of participation from many of our constituents. We are deeply grateful for each expression of support.
