John has been involved in Waldorf education and anthroposophical initiatives in five different countries over the last four decades. He trained as a Waldorf teacher in the U.S.  before leaving for Europe in the mid 70s, where he also  completed his training in speech & drama at the Goetheanum and biographical counseling in England. He has his BA in English & History and post graduate work in organizational development. John returned to the US in 2003 and has taught upper school humanities here at Steiner NYC since 2011.
