Ki Smith is a New York art dealer, entrepreneur and the owner/founder of Ki Smith Gallery in the Lower East Side. At the age of 16 he began working at galleries and at 21 co-founded Apostrophe NYC, a gallery/nightclub hybrid known for their guerrilla pop-up exhibitions at the Whitney Museum of American Art, MoMA PS1, and NYC subway stations. Smith is deeply dedicated to the arts and his contemporaries. Ki opened his gallery Gallery in 2018, to focus on supporting the arts in New York City and building a community that prioritizes enduring relationships with primary market artists. Ki attended Steiner for Middle School and High School where he was exposed to an incredible creative community that he has stayed in touch with in his professional career.
